Items Required:
2 cups water
3 tablespoons coffee liqueur
2 tablespoons instant coffee crystals
2 tablespoons crème de cacao
1 tablespoon brandy whipped cream
4 cinnamon sticks (optional)
Preparation Method:
Combine water, coffee liqueur, coffee crystals, crème de cacao, and brandy. Pour into four coffee cups or mugs. Arrange cups in micro-wave oven. Micro- cook, uncovered, until liquid is heated through but not boiling, about 4 ½ minutes. Top each serving with a dollop of whipped cream. If desired, serve with cinnamon stick stirrers. Makes 4 (4-ounce) servings.
