Indian Chutney

Preparation Method:

In 1-quart casserole stir together 2 apples, peeled, cored, and chopped; ½ cup chopped onion; ½ cup raisins; 1/3 cup vinegar; 2 tablespoons chopped candied citron; 1 teaspoon curry powder; ½ teaspoon each salt and ground ginger; 1/8 teaspoon each ground cloves and cinnamon; and 1 small clove garlic, minced. Micro-cook, covered, 5 minutes; stir. Cook 3 minutes. Chill. Makes 1 ¾ cups.
