Peanut- Mallow Smoothy Recipe

Items Required:

¼ cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup butterscotch topping
2 cups milk Marshmallows

Preparation Method:

In a 4-cup glass measure blend peanut butter and butterscotch topping; gradually stir in milk. Micro-cook, uncovered, 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Beat with rotary beater till smooth. Pour into mugs. Top with a marshmallow. Makes 4 (4-ounce) servings.
