Items Required:
1 8-ounce can pork and beans in tomato sauce
1 medium dill pickle, cut up
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
8 ounces salami, cut in pieces
64 rich round crackers
Preparation Method:
Combine pork and beans, cut up dill pickle, and mustard in blender container. Blend till combined. With blender running, Add salami pieces, a few at a time, blending till well combined. (Occasionally stop blender and use rubber spatula to scrape down sides of container.) Spread about ½ tablespoon of the mixture on each cracker. Trim with chopped dell pickle, if desired. Place 16 of the crackers on a paper plate on paper toweling. Micro-cook, uncovered, till hot, about 1 minute. Serve at once. Repeat three more times. Makes 64.
