Basil Beans Recipe

Ingredients:
- 8 ounces fresh green beans, cut in pieces (2 cups)
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt Dash pepper
Preparation Method:
In a 1-quart casserole micro-cook beans, onion, celery, and ¼ cup water, covered, till beans are almost tender, about 9 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes. Do not drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Micro-cook, covered, till butter melts, about 1 minute. Serves 2 or 3.
