Golden Crumb Bean Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 9-ounce packages frozen whole or cut green beans
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 10 ¾ -ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons chopped cannel pimiento
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/3 cup finely crushed round cheese crackers (8 crackers)
Preparation Method:
In 1 ½ -quart casserole micro-cook beans in the water, covered, 12 minutes; stir every 3 minutes. Drain; set beans aside. In same dish mix soup and next 3 ingredients; stir in beans. Cook, covered, 2 minutes. Stir; cook, covered, till hot, 2 minutes. Sprinkle with crumbs; cook, uncovered, 1 minute. Serves 6.
