Ingredients:
- 6 to 9 carrots, sliced 1/8 inch thick (3 cups)
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons snipped parsley
Preparation Method:
In a 1-quart casserole combine carrots and 1/3 cup water. Micro-cook, covered, till carrots are tender, about 9 minutes; drain. Stir butter or margarine, lemon juice, salt, and paprika into carrots. Micro-cook, covered, till heated through, about 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in snipped parsley. Makes 6 servings.
