Red Berry Sundaes Recipe
Preparation Method:
In 1-quart glass bowl micro-defrost one 10-ounce package frozen red raspberries, uncovered, 2 minutes. Add ½ cup orange juice. Mix ¼ cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cornstarch; stir into berries. Micro-cook, uncovered, till thickened and bubbly, about 4 ½ minutes, stirring after each minute. Cook 1 minute more. Stir in 1 cup halved fresh strawberries. Chill. Serve over vanilla ice cream. Makes 2 ½ cups.
