Cocktail Reubens Recipe

Ingredients:
- 36 slices cocktail rye bread, toasted
- ½ cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
- ¼ lb. thinly-sliced corned beef
- 1 (6oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese slices, each slice cut into 4 squares
Preparation Method:
Arrange 9 slices of bread on paper towel lined plate. Spread each slice with about ¾ teaspoon Thousand Island dressing. Add small amount of sauerkraut and corned beef to each slice. Top each with 1 square Swiss cheese. Microwave at MEDIUM HIGH (7) 4 to 5 minutes until cheese melts. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Total Microwave Cooking Time 4 to 5 Minute
Makes 36 appetizers
