Corn Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 (15 oz.) can cream style corn
Preparation Method:
In 1 1/2 -quart casserole, combine butter, flour, sugar, salt, milk, eggs and corn. Microwave at HIGH (10) 17 to 21 minutes until center is barely set. Stir after 6 minutes.
Total Microwave Cooking Time 17 to 21 Minutes
Makes 4 to 6 servings
