BEEF ROLLS IN TOMATO SAUCE RECIPE

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. round steak, 3/4 -inch thick
3 tablespoons butter, softened
4 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon rosemary
6 thin dill pickle slices
6 thin onion slices
1 can (8-oz.) tomato sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper Dash cayenne pepper
Preparation Method:
Cut steak into 6 serving pieces. Pound 1/2-inch. thick with meat mallet or foil covered brick. Spread each piece with a pickle and onion slice. Roll up each piece, securing roll with tooth pick or string. In 10×6x2-inch dish, arrange rolls.
In small bowl blend together tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper and cayenne. Spoon over beef rools.
Insert temperature probe so tip rests in sauce on bottom of dish. Cover tightly with plastic wrap, arranging loosely around probe to vent. Attach cable end at receptacle. Microwave at Automatic Simmer 4 t o5 Hours. Just before serving, remove toothpicks or string. Makes 6 servings.
