Crab Swiss Crisps Recipe

Ingredients:

1 can (71/2-oz.) crab drianed and flaked
1 1/2 tablespoons sliced green onion
1 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
36 crisp round crackers

Preparation Method:

Combine crab, onion, cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Shortly before serving, place level teaspoonful on each cracker round. Place appertizers in circle on paper plates or other plates suitable for microwave oven. Cook about 12 at a time. Microwave at High 3/4 t o1 minute, roating dish 1/4 turn after 1/2 minute. Makes about 3 cups.
