Curried Beef Balls Recipe

For convenience, make meatballs ahead of time and refrigerator on cooking dish or paper plate. Microwaving time may be slightly longer.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup buttery flavored cracker crumbs or slightly crushed herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons curry powder
1 lb. ground chuck beef
Preparation Method:
In large mixing bowl thoroughly combine crumbs, milk, salt and curry powder. Add beef and blend well. Shape meat mixture into 48 (1-in.) balls.
To Microwave Enter Recipe:
In 12×8x2-inch. dish place about 24 balls. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at High 4 to 5 Minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 2 minutes. Repeat with other half of beef balls.
To Microwave A Dozen Beef Balls In Circle On Paper Plate:
Cover plate with wax paper. Microwave at High 2 to 3 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 1 minute.
Makes 4dozen hors doeuvres.
