Easy Mexican MeatBalls Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 pkg. (1 1/8 - 1 1/4 -oz.. about 2 tablespoons) taco seasoning mix
Preparation Method:
In large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine beef, egg and seasoning mix. Shape into 48 (1-in.) balls. Cook as directed above.
Makes 4 dozen hors doeuvres.
