Mexican Corn Chip Snacks Recipe
Ingredients:
Large corn chips (plain or taco flavored)
Jalapeno bean dip or refried beans
Hot pepper cheese
Preparation Method:
Mound about 1 teaspoon bean dip or refried bean mixture on each tortilla corn chip. Top with 1/8-inch thick slice of cheese to cover bean dip. Place 8 to 12 pieces in circle on paper plate or small pottery plate. Microwave at High 1/4 to 1/2 Minute, until cheese is melted.
