Beef Burger Stroganoff
Ingredients:

1lb. ground chuck beef
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 can (8-oz.) mushrooms, undrained
1 can (10 1/2 -oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup (8-oz.) dairy sour cream
1/2 teaspoon bottled brown bouquet sauce

Preparation Method:

Into 2-qt casserole crumble beef. Add onion, garlic, mushrooms, soup, flour, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Cover. Microwave at High 15 to 18 Minutes, stirring after 8 minutes.

Stir casserole thoroughly, then stir in sour cream and bouquet sauce. Serve over cooked rice or chow mein noodles. Makes 6 servings.
