Crunchy Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup finely or grated onion
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon slat
Preparation Method:
In 1-qt. casserole place butter and onions. Microwave at High 3 minutes, until onion is limp. Add walnuts, chili sauce, lemon juice and salt.
Note:
If mushroom stems are used, add chopped stems to butter and onions. Microwave followning recipe directions. Stuffs 12 large mushrooms.
