Curried Pineapple And Piggies Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pkg. (8-oz.) brown serve sausages, cut crosswise in halves
1 can (13-oz.) pineapple chunks in syrup, drained curry powder seasoned salt

Preparation Method:

Preheat Brown N sear dish by placing in microwave oven, uncovered Microwave at High 4 Minutes. Add sausages an cover. Microwave at High 1 minute. Turn sausages over. Add drained pineapple and sprinkle with curry powder and seasoned salt. Cover. Microwave at High 1 1/2 Minutes more. Serve with tooth picks.
Makes 8 to 12 appetizer servings.
