Ingredients:
1 thick (1-in.) slice French bread Butter
1 slice bologna
1 slice salami
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Preparation Method:
Spread the bread with butter. Cut bologna and salami in halves .Alternate the half-slices over bread, then top with sauerkraut. Sprinkle cheese over top.
Place sandwich on paper or china plate. Microwave at High 2 t o3 minutes, giving sandwich 1/2 turn after 1 minute. Makes 1 sandwich 8-oz. can sauerkraut, drained, makes 2 sandwiches, 1-lb. to 1-lb. 4-oz. can makes 5 to 6 sandwiches.
Note:
To heat 4 sandwiches, place on plate or platter and heat 6 to 7 minutes, giving plate 1/2 turn after 3 minutes.
