Mushroom Stuffings Recipe

Ingredients:

Steams from mushrooms, finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 pkg. (3-oz.) cream cheese
1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped, cooked ham or bacon (8 slices)

Preparation Method:

In 1 1/2 -qt. casserole place chopped stems and onion. Cover .Microwave at High 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Tohot mixture above, add cream cheese, mashing and mixing well. Stir in crumbs and ham or bacon.
