Ingredients:
1 can (8-oz.) refrigerated crescent roll dough
2 teaspoons cooking oil
1 can (8-oz.) tomato sauce
1 pkg.(4.oz.) pepperoni
1 cup (4.oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation Method:
On each of two 12-in. pieces of wax paper, press 1/2 of dough to form a 9-in. circle. Press performations together to seal. Brush each lightly with cooking oil. Place wax paper on microwave oven proof plates. Microwave one pizza at a time. Microwave at Medium High 4 Minutes. Holding wax paper, flip dough over onto plate and carefully peel off wax paper. Microwave at Medium High 3 to 4 Minutes more, until set and crisp. There will be some brown spots.
Divide tomato sauce evenly between crusts, spreading to edges. Top each with half of pepperoni and sprinkle with half of cheese. Microwave at Medium High 4 to 6 Minutes, rotating plate 1/2 turn after 2 minutes. Remove immediately to cooling rack for crisper crust. Makes 2 (9-in.) pizzas.
