Apple Stuffing With Sweet Glaze Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups chopped apples
1/4 cup raisins
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation Method:
In mixing bowl combine apples, raisins, egg, butter, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Divide evenly between chops.
Sweet Glaze:
Mix together 1/3 cup currant jelly and 2 tablespoons orange juice. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
