Round Steak Savory Recipe

A favorite recipe often made by our customers. A good variation is to use tomato soup in place of mushroom.
Ingredients:
2 lb. round steak, 1/2-in. thick
1 teaspoon seasoned instant meat tenderizer
1 can (10 1/2-oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
Preparation Method:
Cut steak in serving size pieces (about 2 to 3-in. strips). Sprinkle pieces evenly with meat tenderizer.
In small bowl mix together soup and bouillon. In 3-qt. casserole layer meat and sauce, ending with sauce. Cover. Microwave at Low 1 Hour 40 Minutes to 1 Hour 50 Minutes, rearranging meat after 50 Minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving so flavor can blend. Makes about 8 servings.
