Cranberry Orange Ruby Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

1 can (11-oz.) mandarin oranges
1 can (16-oz.) cranberry sauce

Preparation Method:

Drain oranges, saving juice. In 1-qt. measuring cup stir together cranberry sauce and 2 tablespoons liquid saved from oranges. Microwave at High 3 to 4 Minutes, stirring after 1 1/2 minutes.

Stir in drained oranges. Microwave at High 1 to 2 Minutes more, until hot and well blended. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
