Ingredients:
4 loin lamb chops, 1 to 1 1/2in thick (1 1/2 to 2-lb.)
1 can (11-oz.) mandarin oranges, save syrup
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped chutney
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons mandarin orange syrup
Preparation Method:
In 8-in square dish arrange chops so thickest meaty areas are to edges.Cover with wax paper .Microwave at Medium High 12 Minutes. Drain off fat and turn chops over.
Arrange orange segments over top. Mix 1/3 cup orange syrup with sugar, chutney and lemon juice. Spoon over chops. Recover with wax paper. Microwave at Medium 10 to 12 Minutes, until tender. Remove chops to serving platter.
