Frozen Fish Fillets Recipe

Frozen Fish Fillets
Very moist result. Cook these on a microwave trivet for drier, firmer fish.

Ingredients:

1 lb. Fish fillets, defrosted
1 pkg. (2-oz.) seasoned coating mix for fish

Preparation Method:

Separate fish fillets and coat with seasoned coating mix. Arrange in 12×8x2-in. dish with thickest meaty areas to outside edges of dish. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at High 6 to 8 Minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 4 minutes, until fish flakes with fork. Makes about 4 servings.
