Cheese Stuffed Manicotti

Ingredients:

10 manicotti
1 pkg. (6-oz.) sliced Mozzarella Cheese
2 cups (1-pt.) ricotta cheese
1/2 cup romano garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 can (15-oz.) tomato sauce
Marjoram

Preparation Method:

Cook manicotti except microwave 20 minutes. Dice cheese into 1/2 -in. cubes before separating slices. Reserve about 1/3 cup for topping. Combine rest of Mozzarella with ricotta, romano, spinach, garlic, salt and pepper. Stuff cooked manicotti with cheese filling. Rearrange in 12×8x2-in. dish.

Pour tomato sauce over top. Sprinkle with cheese and marjoram. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at High 15 to 18 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 8 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
