Golden Onion Quiche Recipe

Ingredients:
1 commercially frozen pie crust Worcestershire sauce (about 2 teaspoons)
1 cup (4-oz.) shredded mozzarella or pizza cheese
3 eggs
1/2 cup whipping cream
3 drops hot pepper sauce (tabasco)
1 can (3-oz.) French fried onions
1 tablespoon dried or frozen chives
Preparation Method:
Remove pastry from foil pan to glass 8-in. pie plate. Microwave at High 1 Minute, until softened. With fingers, press firmly in pie palte. Bursh inside with Worcestershire sauce. Prick pastry. Microwave at High 4 minutes, rotating plate 1/2 turn after 2 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese over botoom of pie shell. With fork, beat together eggs, cream and hot pepper sauce. Pour over cheese in pie shell.
With sharp knife, cut through onions in can to chop medium fine. Pour over top and lightly press down. Sprinkle chives over top. Microwave at Medium 11 t o13 Minutes, rotating pie 1/2 turn after 6 minutes. Let stand about 5 minutes to firm slightly before serving. Makes 1(8-in.) pie, about 6 servings.
