Poultry Giblet Gravy
Ingredients:

Giblets from a 3-lb. chicken
1cup water
1/4 cup poultry drippings
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
Dash pepper
Broth from giblets plus water to make 1 1/4 cups

Preparation Method:

In 1-qt. casserole place giblets. Prick each giblet several times with fork. Add water. Cover. Microwave at Medium 16 to 20 Minutes, stirring after 10 minutes, until tender. Chop medium fine.

In separte 1-qt. casserole place drippings. Microwave at High 1 to 2 Minutes, until hot. Stir in flour, salt, celery salt and pepper until smooth.

Gradually stir in broth until well blended. Microwave at High 2 to 4 Minutes more, stirring every minute, until thickened. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
