Green And Gold Potato Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
3 or 4 large potatoes
2 large onions
3 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups hot tap water
2 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon seasoning or 2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 cup shredded sharp cheese
1 teaspoon minced parsley
Preparation Method:
Peel potatoes and onions. Slice in 1/4-in slices. Layer in 2-qt. casserole. Dot butter over top. Then pour over the hot water mixed with the chicken bouillon. Cover. Microwave at High 17 to 20 Minutes, until potaotes are tender, stirring after 10 minute.
Uncover casserole and sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Microwave at High 1/2 to 1 Minute, uncovered, or until cheese melts. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
