Brown Sugar Fudge Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups light brown sugar (packed)
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup maple syrup
2 cups chopped walnuts
Preparation Method:
In 3-qt. casserole stir together brown sugar, cream and syrup. Microwave at High 17 to 19 Minutes, stirring well after 7 minutes. When cooked a few drops of the syrup will form a soft ball when dropped into a cup of cold water.
Let stand until lukewarm, then beat with electric mixer 10 to 12 Minutes, until mixture becomes creamy. Add nuts and stir well. Pour into buttered 8-in. square dish. Refrigerate until set. Makes about 36 squares
