Butter Crumb Topping For Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients:

1/4 cup butter
1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon dill weed or other desired seasoning

Preparation Method:

In small mixing bowl place butter. Microwave at Medium High 1 to 1 1/2 Minutes, until melted. Add crumbs and dill weed, mixing well with butter. Microwave at Medium High 2 to 3 Minutes more, stirring after 1 minute. Makes 1 cup topping .
