Ingredients:

1/2 lb. white chocolate
2 tablespoons white corn syrup
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon water
Food coloring
Minature pretzel twists

Preparation Method:

In 1-qt. casseorole place chocolate, syrup, butter and water. Cover. Microwave at Medium 3 to 4 Minutes, until melted. Stir well, until smooth.

Prepare up to 2 colors of Rainbow Pretzels per batch. Tint with food coloring as desired. Dip mini size prezels in to mixture, removing excess. Place on cooling rach over wax paper to dry. Makes about 1 cup, or enough to cover about 50 to 60 minute pretzels.
