Stewed Dried Fruit Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pkg. (12 to 16-oz.) dried apricots or prunes
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups water

Preparation Method:

In 1 1/2-qt. casserole place fruit, sugar and water. Cover. Microwave at High 8 to 11 minutes, until tender. Serve warm or cold. Makes about 6 to 8 servings.
