Caramel Apples Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 of 1/4-oz. pkg caramels (about 25)
1 tablespoon water
4 apples
4 wooden sticks (usually come with caramels)
Preparation Method:
In 1-pt. glass meaure place unwrapped caramels and water. Microwave at High 2 to 3 Minutes, until mixture can be stirred smooth.
Insert sticks into steam ends of apples. Dip one apple at a lime into caramel, coating evenly. Repeat. Place apples on buttered wax paper, stick side up, to set. Makes 4 apples.
