Ingredients:
11 graham cracker squares
1/2 cup (1/4-lb.) butter
1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup (6-oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Preparation Method:
In 12×8x2-in. dish arrange graham cracker squares to cover bottom. In 1-qt. casserole place butter and brown sugar. Microwave at High 2 Minutes. Stir well.
Blend in confectioners sugar, cornstarch, salt, coconut and nuts. Spread evenly over graham crackers. Sprinkle chocolate pieces over top. Microwave at High 2 to 2 1/2 Minutes. Let stand a few minutes, then spread chocolate over bars. Cool before cutting. Makes 24 bars.
