Fluffy Marshmallow Pies Recipe

Ingredients:

Crumb Pie Shell
1 pkg. (10-oz.) large marshmallows
1/2 cup milk
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Special pie ingredient

Preparation Method:

Microwave crumb pie shell using the flavor of cookie that best complements filling. Cool. In 3-qt. casserole place marshmallows and milk. Cover. Microwave at High 2 to 3 Minutes, until mixture can be stirred smooth. Chill in refregerator (about 30 to 40 Minutes) or in pan of ice water, until thickened, stirring occasionally.

Fold in whipped cream and special pie ingredient. Pour into crust and decorate with reserved crumbs or additional whipped cream, if desired. Refrigerator several hours or overnight. Makes 1(9-in.) pie.
