Ingredients:
1 pkg. (2-layer) yellow cake mix
1 pkg. (3-oz.) fruit flavored gelatin
4 eggs
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup cooking oil
Preparation Method:
In large mixer bowl, place cake mix, gelatin, eggs, water and oil. Blend on low speed of mixer until just moistened, then beat 4 minutes at medium speed. If desired, after microwaving poke warm cake with fork and pour lemon glaze over top.
Lemon Glaze:
Stir together 1/3 cup lemon juice and 1/2 cup sugar in 1-pt. mesuring cup. Microwave at High 3 to 5 Minutes, until boiling.
