Mix Easy Sour Cream Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pkg (2-layer) yellow cake mix
1 pkg. (3-oz.) fruit flavored gelatin
4 eggs
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup cooking oil
Preparation Method:
In large mixer bowl place cake mix, eggs, sour cream, oil and sugar. Blend on low speed of mixer, just until moistened, then beat 4 minutes at medium speed. If desired, top batter with easy streusel before microwaving.
Easy Streusel:
Stir together 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
