Ingredients:
1 pkg. (1 lb.) confectioners sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup butter
Preparation Method:
In 1 1/2-qt. casserole place sugar, milk, salt and vanilla and stir just to blend slightly (mixture is too stiff to mix thoroughly). Add butter on top.
Microwave at High 1 to 2 Minutes, until mixture can be beaten smooth. Add additional 1 to 2 teaspoons milk if mixture is too stiff. Makes enough frosting for 3 (8-in.) round or square layers.
