Ingredients:
Batter from 2-layer chocolate cake mix chocolate chip filling
Preparation Method:
Prepare cupcake liners, if desired (left). To make each cupcake, measure about 2 tablespoons batter into liner. Cover with 2 to 3 teaspoons filling. Microwave cupcakes as shown on chart. As cup cakes cook, filling forms in center. Makes 30 cupcakes.
Chocolate Chip Filling:
Stir together 1 pkg. (8-oz.) softened cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1/8 teaspoon salt, until well mixed. Blend in 1 pkg. (6-oz.) chocolate chips.
