Crunchy Chocolate Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 cup milk
1 square (1-oz.) unsweetened chocolate
3/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation Method:
In 1-pt. glass measure, measure milk. Drop in chocolate. Microwave at High 1 1/2 to 2 Minutes. Blend chocolate and milk.
Add sugar; stir to blend. Microwave at High 1 to 2 Minutes, until mixture boils. Add peanut butter and vanilla and stir until well blended. Serve warm or cool. Makes 1 cup.
