Easy Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 pkg. (2-layer size fudge cake mix (about 2 cups dry mix)
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup cooking oil
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Preparation Method:
In bottom of ungreased 8-in. square dish place dry cake mix. Add egg, vanilla, oil and water. Stir with fork until smooth and creamy.
Sprinkle chocolate pieces over top. Microwave at High 7 to 9 Minutes. Serve warm or cool with ice cream or thawed frozen whipped topping. Makes 1 (8-in. square) cake.
