Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 cup (6-oz.) semisweet chocolate pieces
1 cup marshmallow creme
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation Method:
In 1 1/2 -qt. casserole combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk. Microwave at High 3 to 4 Minutes, uncovered, stirring after 2 minutes, until bubbly.
Add chocolate pieces, marshmallow creme and vanilla to hot mixture. Stir lent on brownies or plain cake layers. Makes about 2 cups frosting
