Ingredients:
1 pkg. (2-layer yellow cake mix
1 pkg. (3 3/4-oz.) instant lemon or vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1cup water
1/4 cup cooking oil
Preparation Method:
In large mixer bowl place cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil. Blend on low speed of mixer until just moistened, then beat 4 minutes at medium speed. If desired, top cooled cake with chocolate glaze.
Chocolate Glaze:
In 1 1/2-qt. casserole place 2 squares (2-oz.) unsweetened chocolate and 1 tablespoon butter. Microwave at Low 3 to 4 Minutes, until melted.Stir. Add 2 1/2 cups sifted confectioners sugar, 1/4 cup boiling water and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Stir smooth.
