Toasted Almond Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 cup (1/4-lb) butter
3 pkgs. (2 1/7-oz. each sliced almonds
1 jar (1-lb.) honey Nutmeg

Preparation Method:

In 1 1/2-qt. casserole place butter. Microwave at High 2 minutes. Add nuts and stir until well coated. Microwave at High 5 to 7 Minutes, stirring well after 3 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.

Stir in honey until evenly mixed. Sprinkle generously with nutmeg. Serve hot. Makes about 12 servings.
