Clam Stuffing Recipe

Clam Stuffing


1 pkg. (3-oz.) creamed cheese, softened
1 can (7-oz.) minced clams, drained
1 tablespoon minced parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup crushed French fried onions

Preparation Method:

In small bowl mix together cream cheese, clams, parsley and garlic powder. Sprinkle onion pieces over top.


If mushroom stems are used, in 1-qt. casserole place chopped stems, 1/3 cup finely chopped onion and 2 tablespoons butter. Microwave at High 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients. Stuffs 12 large mushrooms.
