Mini tostadas

There are so many wonderful appetizers you can make and this “Mini Tostadas” is one of those as it is so easy and quick that if you have unexpected people drop in and stay for a meal you can have the appetisers made in a few minutes and everyone will enjoy them.
1/2 of a 16-ounce can refried beans(1 cup)
24 round tortilla chips
1/4 cup taco sauce
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
24 slices cherry tomatoes (6-8 tomatoes)

Preparation method
1.Spread 1 heaping teaspoon beans on each chip. Top each with 1/2 teaspoon taco sauce, add 1 teaspoon cheese.
2.Place 6-8 appetizers on a dinner plate lined with paper toweling.
3.Micro-cook, uncovered, on 50% (Medium) 1 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted, rotating a quarter-turn after the first minute, then every 30 seconds.
4.Top each with a tomato slice.
Makes 24.
