2 cups sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 can (6 oz.) evaporated milk 1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups coarsely chopped pecans
Setting: DEFROST
1.Combine all ingredients except nuts in buttered large glass mixing bowl; cover.
2.MICROWAVE for 20 MINUTES. Stir and MICRO-WAVE for 15 to 20 MINUTES or until a soft ball forms in cold water. Beat with mixer at medium speed until creamy. Stir in nuts.
3.Pour into a 3-quart (13 x 9) glass baking dish. Cool until firm. Cut into pieces.

TIP MICROWAVE on MEDIUM for 15 MINUTES and then 13 to 15 in step 2.
