Sukiyaki

Item required
11/2 to 2-lb. beef sirloin steak,
cut into thin strips
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons sugar
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/2 cup sliced green onion
1 can (5 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 can (5 oz.) bamboo shoots, drained 1 can (16 oz,) bean sprouts, drained

Setting: HIGH
1. Combine steaK, soy sauce, water and sugar in 3-quart (13 x 9) glass baking dish; cover. Marinate 3 to 4 hours at room temperature.
2. Place remaining ingredients in rows across meat and sauce with mushrooms and onions in center rows; recover.
3. MICROWAVE for 10 to 12 MINUTES. Let stand, covered, 2 minutes before serving.
4 to 6 Servings
